Effective Communications Tools
Curzon will help you to develop effective tools for reaching your target audiences. These include press releases, newsletters and case studies.

Press Releases
News releases are an important method of disseminating information. Appropriate subject matter for news releases includes product upgrades, sales contract announcements, company or product alliances. All releases should be accompanied by the latest general information about your company, and of any third party company involved in the announcement. Where possible, news releases should contain good quotes from third parties, endorsing your product.

As a method of communicating with the press, news releases should be used sparingly thereby retaining their credibility amongst the media community.

Case Studies
Case Studies offer another useful method of communicating your company. Case Studies are particularly valuable because they represent third party endorsement of your product, as well as offering a real life demonstration of your product in action. Obviously, the more prominent the third party company involved in the Case Study, the better.

Newsletters
A good way of communicating directly with your target audience(s) is through the regular production of a newsletter.

The newsletter should be well written, designed and printed - reflecting the quality of the product.

It should be distributed to all prospects, existing clients, and third party sales agents. In this it will serve as:

  • An effective means of keeping your name and message to the attention of its key audience on a regular basis
  • A regular source of updated information about the product
  • Collateral for the sales forces
  • Collateral for trade events, conferences etc.
  • An extension of goodwill to existing clients and sales agents

Content can be drawn from the following sources:

  • Recent contract announcements
  • White papers on forthcoming product releases
  • Case studies of existing applications
  • Press coverage
  • New appointments

The newsletter will effectively communicate key messages directly to both prospects and clients. In addition, it can be supplied to third party sales agents, thereby sending a message of support and goodwill, and offering good quality material for use as part of their sales and marketing collateral.

Once produced, your Newsletter can form part of pre-sales material, can be supplied as a background document to client organisations, the media etc, and can be made available at trade shows/conferences where your company has a presence.
